Swing Controller
The changing of the barrel rotation direction by swinging or reversing provides a surprisingly simple solution for many applications and challenging workpieces.
Threaded rods, bulky and scratch-sensitive workpieces can be gently galvanised in this way.
The swing controller is pre-installed in the barrel units and operated/activated via the plant control system or a function button directly on the unit.
