  • width: 0,8 mm - 2,5 mm, length depending on barrel type and design
  • especially suitable for the surface treatment of pointed workpieces
  • very good electrolyte exchange
  • liquids can easily drain off
  • continuous layout of slots or offset layout of slots to increase stability of the barrel body
  • version: inside bevelled slot edges to reduce material wear

 

Barrel segments with slot perforation for micro-sized workpieces

  • slot dimensions 0,4  x 3,5 mm
  • especially suitable for the surface treatment of micro-sizes workpieces, e. g. in the electronics industry
  • very good electrolyte exchange and current transmission ensure consistant coating thickness
  • inside and outside bevelled slot edges
  • nubs and trip bars at the inner surface avoid adhesion of workpieces

 

Sieve buttons

  • Ø 40 mm or 23 mm
  • Perforation of sieve buttons: square holes or slots
  • worn out sieve buttons can be replaced by new ones
  • suitable for the surface treatment of sensitive, small an light workpieces
  • smaller free surface compared to all other perforation types
