Cassette barrel unit

The cassette barrel unit has been developed to be able to finish rack parts with low visual requirements at a reasonable price.

The cassette plating barrel can optionally be designed with 6 to 8 cassettes which in turn can be subdivided into smaller product compartments. The size of each compartment can be individually adapted to the workpieces.

The GALVA-COMP barrel is particularly suitable for long, rotation-symmetrical or bar-shaped products such as construction screws, window fittings etc.

• Sophisticated contacting system for uniform current distribution even during constantly changing plating conditions
• Workpieces do not adhere together
• Workpieces can be inserted as bundles into the chambers
• Gentle barrel movement thus reduced risk of bending even for sensitive parts
• Long parts do not raise themselves in the barrel
• High plating efficiency due to small distance between anode and cathode
• Small batch sizes and parallel treatment of various product parts can be realized
• Higher capacity in relation to comparable standard barrels
• Can be combined with swing controller, rotation control, automatic lid opening station GALVAROB®.
• The barrel length can be freely selected between 400 mm and 1500 mm
