Water Treatment System 

Water treatment and slurry dewatering system for small amounts of water from the laboratory

The system consists of a reactor with agitator as well as a filter system (filter bag attached in basket). Filling is made by a submerged pump which is started manually.

Description of process: the reactor is filled, the agitator is started. Subsequently the reaction separating agent is added manually. After a short time of mixing and optically recognizable flake formation, the agitator is shut off and the discharge socket of the reactor is opened. The pre-treated waste water is flowing into the filter bag where the solids are retained, the clear water is flowing off. As soon as the filter bag is filled and has dripped off, it is removed and replaced by a new one.
