Depending upon demand and/or throughput quantity comprising 2 to 5 filter bags with one isolating cock each. Filling is made manually or by means of a submerged pump. The unit serves for dewatering of continuously occurring slurry.
Description of process: the pre-conditioned or untreated slurry is lead to the filter bags via a pipe system. The water contained in the slurry then seeps through the filter bag and drops into the sump. The solids are retained in the bag. As soon as the filter bag is filled and has sufficiently dripped off, it is removed. Further moisture can be extracted by subsequent settling in open air.
