dewatering unit

The unit is provided for dewatering of small slurry-laden and solid-laden water quantities on site, in the workshop or laboratory. The unit can be transported by means of an elevating truck.

Description of process: the slurry is manually emptied into the openings of the bag holders. The water contained in the slurry is seeping through the filter bag and is dropping into the sump. The solids are being retained in the bag. As soon as the filter bag is filled and has dripped off, it is removed. Further moisture can be extracted by subsequent settling in open air.
